- The registration fee includes admission to the scientific conference program, conference material and conference meals (lunches, coffe breaks and dinners 5-7 sept).

Booking policy
REGISTRATION
- Registration should be made no later than 28th of July, 2024.
- Please note that accomodation is booked seperately by the attending.
- For accompanying party who wishes to attend dinners, plead notify us via email; dpsg2024@regionorebrolan.se. Payment will be done seperate.
- All bank fees charged to customer.
CONFIRMATION
- After completing the registration, a confirmation will be sent via e-mail to the specified e-mail address in the registration.
REGISTRATION FEE
- Please note that the registration fee for the conference is per person.
- If several people from the same organization wish to attend the conference, all participants must be registered for the conference.
- The registration fee is paid per person unless otherwise agreed with the organizer.
REGISTRATION WITH REVERSE CHARGE
- Registration with reverse charge is possible. Please use the separate link on the website.
- Reverse charge is applicable for VAT-liable traders within the EU as well as Norway due to Export sale/Tax.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
- Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to Travel Team Sweden AB, at oru@travelteam.se
- A full refund of the registration fee will be provided for cancellations on or before the 28th of July, 2024.
- A 50% refund of the registration fee will be provided for for cancellations on or before the 12th of August, 2024.
- All fees are non-refundable after the 12th of August, 2024
